Hopf Saturn 63 in crème brûlée finish

I've already stated that the Hopf Saturn 63 is one of my favorite guitars ever. I found one with a very rare finish, that fits well to its extremely elegant design. Just enjoy!

  1. Nice, I went looking for it and found this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1965-DYNACORD-CORA-GOLD-RED-VINTAGE-ELECTRIC-GERMANY-HOFNER-RARE-GUITAR-/281150699548?pt=Guitar&hash=item4175e3381c

    Glad I found both!

  2. Bertram, this guitar, with all due respects, has to sound like crap. It is a looker though.

    1. Hmmmm... I wouldn't be so sure. OK, so the odds are on that it's not going to sound like a Les Paul, but who wants to sound like everybody else anyway?

    2. if I remember well, it had a good reputation - but I never heard how it sounds. but to be honest, I'd rather play the Eastwood reissue...
